Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic thinker to lead our UI/UX team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who wants to combine their creativity with marketing principles to drive results.

As a Creative Director UI/UX, you will be responsible for creating highly engaging video and static ad creatives, building funnels in Webflow, managing client visual identity projects, and coordinating with SEO partners.

You will also have the opportunity to learn copywriting, researching, and writing long- and short-form content, editing high-quality videos, and creating lead magnet resources for clients.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company.

Scope of Work:

  • Creating highly engaging video and static ad creatives
  • Building funnels in Webflow for TRU and its clients
  • Managing client visual identity projects for off-plan properties
  • Composing nurture email sequences in Brevo (or similar) and tracking analytics
  • Managing and strategizing organic growth across Instagram, Facebook, and Behance
  • Learning copywriting, researching, and writing long- and short-form content
  • Editing high-quality, engaging long- and short-form videos
  • Creating and launching e-books and other lead magnet resources for clients
  • Coordinating with SEO partners, tracking search console and optimizing landing pages for maximum traffic (including AI-SEO)
  • Setting up pixels, heat maps, and running data-driven CRO experiments using Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar
  • Documenting every effort in our in-house Marketing Dashboard to keep everything accountable and measurable
