Strategic Engineering Leader

As a seasoned Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for spearheading engineering teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive engineering policies
  • Lead large-scale capital projects including renovations and new builds
  • Set benchmarks and KPIs for property-level engineering teams
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
  • Ensure optimal functioning of MEP systems
  • Coordinate with resort teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Drive energy conservation initiatives
  • Implement sustainable practices aligned with global hospitality standards
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all properties
  • Conduct audits and mitigate risks proactively
  • Recruit, train, and mentor engineering teams
  • Promote a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
  • Advanced certifications in facility or energy management preferred
  • 15+ years in hospitality engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership
