AI Engineering Expert

We are seeking an AI engineering expert to drive the development and deployment of scalable AI models.

  • Design, build, and deploy model AI pipelines as well as orchestrating multi-agent systems with memory, reflection, and planning flow.
  • Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems integrated into agentic workflows and vector databases for embeddings and retrieval.
  • Build modular, maintainable software in Python, following full software lifecycle practices (design, coding, unit testing, CI/CD).

About the Role:

  • This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of AI principles, hands-on experience with relevant technologies, and the ability to work effectively individually in a remote environment as well as collaborate with teams cross-functionally.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, building, and deploying model AI pipelines, as well as orchestrating multi-agent systems with memory, reflection, and planning flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI/ML pipelines using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field + 8 years of DevOps experience, Master's + 6 years of related experience, or PhD + 3 years of related experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python, R, or Java, as well as API frameworks and AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience deploying Google Cloud Services in production agent environments.
  • Familiarity with feature stores, vector databases, or data observability platforms.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
