We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure related fields, preferably within an outsourcing or managed services environment.

  • Experience in Sterling file gateway (SFG) and integration with other systems.
  • Experience in IBM Connect Express and Direct for secure data transfer.
  • Experience in Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
  • Experience in Business process creation and maintenance using automation tools.
  • Experience in working with various protocols such as SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, and S3.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical services on messaging and file transfer technologies to ensure seamless communication between systems.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for service management, ensuring high-quality support to end-users and application teams.
  • Lead a team of skilled resources to provide 24/7 support and resolution for critical issues.
  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automation best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve service delivery.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with ITIL V3 framework and Agile methodologies.
  • Shell scripting and programming skills.

Education and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in technical infrastructure roles.
  • Engineering graduate or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
