Technical Lead Job Description

Are you an experienced software developer looking to take the next step in your career as a Technical Lead? We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Lead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of full-stack engineers, collaborating with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals, taking ownership of project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support, maintaining high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews, identifying and addressing technical blockers to ensure timely delivery of product milestones, building a high-trust, collaborative team culture in line with company values, and working with leadership to continuously evolve engineering processes, tools, and best practices as the team scales.

  • Leading and mentoring a team of full-stack engineers
  • Collaborating with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java, understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB), deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation, experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban), and exposure to enterprise domains such as supply chain, manufacturing, or life sciences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java
