A challenging and rewarding opportunity has become available for a skilled professional to take on the role of Plant HR.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions at the plant level. This will include employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Handle grievances and conduct employee engagement activities to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Recruitment and Training: Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to recruit and train new employees.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Manage employee records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Min 7+ years of experience in Employee Relations and Grievance Management.
  • Skills: Skills in Recruitment, Compensation Benefit & Statutory Compliance, as well as proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Independence and Organization: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
