Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud professional to join our team at a leading organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop strong expertise in Salesforce.com design and development, including SOAP and REST interfaces, real-time integrations, workflows, reports & dashboards, visual force, and apex.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform best practices, coding, and design guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain robust Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and Force.com APIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing business solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce.com design and development.
  • Strong experience as a Salesforce.com developer with knowledge of SFDC Object model concepts - Object, Fields, Relationships, Record Type etc.
  • Experience in developing SOAP and REST interfaces.
  • Experience in real-time Integrations, Workflows, Reports & Dashboards, Visual Force, and Apex.
  • Data loader scripting, data migration, and visual force development experience.
  • Clear insight of Salesforce platform best practices, coding, and design guidelines.
  • Must have proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, and Force.com APIs.
  • Experience in Integrating with Force.com Web services including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards, security models, and typical API client architecture.
  • Experience in working with Force.com Bulk API and the Metadata API.
  • Should have experience in developing Lightning components and lightning design systems.
  • Experience in any other salesforce products like Sales, Marketing, Service, Campaign Cloud is desired.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Salesforce Community Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Developer Jobs.
  • Familiarity with top companies for Salesforce developers.
