Electronics Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Design Engineer with experience in end-to-end hardware development from prototype to production. As an expert in circuit design and analysis, you will be responsible for designing analog/digital circuits for embedded systems and implementing protection circuits. Additionally, you will interface microcontrollers with sensors and peripherals and handle signal conditioning and level translation where needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design analog/digital circuits for embedded systems including custom power supply circuits and protection circuits.
  • Implement intelligent component selection (electrical, thermal, cost, lifecycle).
  • Interface microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32, etc.) with sensors and peripherals.
  • Handle signal conditioning and level translation where needed.
  • Understand signal integrity, grounding, and noise mitigation in mixed-signal designs.

Schematic & PCB Development:
  • Develop production-ready schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts.
  • Use Altium Designer, KiCAD, or Eagle for design and layout.
  • Apply layout best practices: power distribution, trace impedance, analog/digital isolation.

Prototyping, Testing & Validation:
  • Perform hardware bring-up and debugging using lab tools.
  • Validate electrical functionality and system-level behavior.
  • Create and maintain all design documentation: schematics, BOMs, Gerbers, test procedures, and reports.
  • Work closely with firmware and mechanical teams for full-stack integration.
  • Cordinate with external vendors for PCB fabrication and assembly.
