About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Senior Consultant to join our team at AviinTech Business Solutions. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading workstream activities on projects, configuring and developing detailed module-specific solutions, and providing guidance to customers on release strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workstream activities on projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Configure and develop detailed module-specific solutions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger Accounting, and Asset Accounting.
  • Provide guidance to customers on release strategy, including the integration of SAP Activate Methodology.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP FICO, including its integration with MM, SD, and other modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers on SAP FICO best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO developments and advancements.

Requirements:

  • At least two full lifecycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through GoLive).
  • Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology.
  • Ability to lead workstream activities on a project.
  • Sound integration skills of FICO with MM, SD, and other modules.
  • Demonstrated configuration skills in key areas like Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger Accounting, and Asset Accounting.
  • Knowledge of validations & substitutions, GST configurations, and Asset depreciation.
  • Experience in handling month-end close activities (P&L & Balance Sheet).
  • Experience in writing Functional Specifications independently and working on custom solutions built from scratch to Deployments.
  • Sound end-to-end testing skills with preparation of test scripts & results.
  • Ability to suggest SAP standard alternatives for new requirements.
  • Experience in handling/coordinating for any issues in standard SAP raised to SAP Support.
  • Experience in Asset Accounting Depreciation/Amortization of Assets.
  • Hands-on with Project System Module and Integration with FI, MM, including Project structure creation, WBS element configuration related to Budget allocation and Budget release.
  • Internal Order related configuration and budget allocation.
  • Concept of WIP and Full Settlement.
  • Settlement of WBS elements to AUC and Main Asset.
  • Budget structure and settlement profile.
  • The person responsible assignment budget control check Project profile mapping budget profile mapping.
  • Knowledge about Cost elements, WBS, and cost center.
  • Experience in custom design of customer requirements.
  • Ability to take ownership of change requests from requirement gathering till end-user confirmation.
  • SAP Certification (desired).
  • Certification/training of ITIL standards (desired).
  • Prior experience on media & entertainment accounts (desired).
