Job Description:

The Integrations Engineer plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining seamless connectivity between internal and external systems.

This role requires deep technical expertise in API development, middleware solutions, and enterprise system integrations to drive business efficiency and reliability.

  • Mature existing integrations by optimizing performance, scalability, and maintainability for enhanced system reliability and data integrity.
  • Identify and implement integration best practices to enhance security, efficiency, and flexibility.
  • Design, develop, and maintain new system integrations using APIs, middleware, and custom development to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Interpret business needs and translate them into scalable, maintainable integration solutions that ensure data consistency and system performance.
  • Develop, test, and deploy integrations while ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve integration-related defects and performance issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including integration workflows and API specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Optimize integration performance and security in alignment with industry best practices to stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
  • Provide architectural input for enterprise-level integration strategies to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and third-party vendors to implement and support integration solutions that drive business value and growth.
