  • We seek a seasoned Java Production Support Specialist to maintain and enhance our production systems. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot who are passionate about solving real-time production issues.

This engineer will utilize technical and analytical skills to solve critical customer/field technical escalations from various teams, work closely with the Engineering team to develop solutions, participate in daily scrum meetings, own highly technical customer escalations, build tools for Root Cause Analysis, reduce time to resolve product issues, provide timely updates, and collaborate with Product management.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of experience in technical product support roles, preferably in escalations teams
  • Experience working as L3 escalation engineer taking care of complex customer issues
  • Software development experience using Java technologies
  • Good understanding and working experience of MySQL/MariaDB/RDBMS and database concepts
  • Good understanding and working experience of Microservice architecture environments on AWS
  • Experience troubleshooting and helping with root cause analysis for customer/support/field reported issues
  • Passion, curiosity, integrity, and outstanding attention to detail while performing tasks
  • A team player who works well in collaborative environments
