Immersive 3D Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Immersive 3D Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually stunning 3D models that bring products to life.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Blender, with experience in importing, cleaning, and optimizing raw 3D models. They will also have strong knowledge of naming conventions, texture optimization, and asset export formats.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration with the development team to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into our platform. This requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for building scalable and robust platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, is not afraid to tackle complex challenges, and can deliver elegant and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Import and clean raw 3D models using Blender, ensuring high-quality output and meeting project requirements.
  • Maintain consistent naming conventions for objects, materials, and textures to facilitate collaboration and reduce errors.
  • Optimize and compress textures for web/mobile performance, ensuring smooth and seamless user experiences.
  • Export final assets in .glb/.gltf , .obj, .fbx format, prioritizing lightweight file sizes and efficiency.
  • Document workflows and maintain an organized asset library for the dev team, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
