Job Title: Branch Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the branch, driving field-marketing activities to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  2. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and customer acquisition.
  3. Plan and execute branch-level marketing initiatives to drive business growth and revenue increase.
  4. Foster strong relationships with customers to promote retention and loyalty.
  5. Conduct thorough valuations and appraisals of gold ornaments pledged in the branch.
  6. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues affecting branch performance.
  8. Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree; Post-graduation Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products management, or client service an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
