Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineering Manager to lead the development and implementation of our electrolyzer systems' reliability strategy. This is a key role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to embed reliability into early design stages, monitor manufacturing consistency, and drive corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end product reliability strategy across design, testing, manufacturing, and field performance.
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure reliability is embedded in all aspects of product development.
  • Analyze real-world performance data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead root cause analysis on failures and implement closed-loop learning processes.
  • Build and manage a high-performing reliability engineering team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
  • At least 15 years of experience in product reliability, preferably with automotive industry exposure.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional reliability programs and teams.
  • Deep knowledge of reliability engineering tools and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
