  • We're seeking an influencer marketing expert to drive brand awareness and user growth through collaborations with content creators and influencers.

This role requires identifying, engaging, and managing influencer partnerships across social platforms to create impactful campaigns.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying and shortlisting influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
  2. Negotiating collaborations, contracts, and deliverables with influencers/creators
  3. Planning and executing influencer campaigns to promote the brand and offerings
  4. Coordinating with content/design teams to provide briefs, creatives, and campaign assets
  5. Tracking influencer content performance, measuring ROI, and optimizing future partnerships
  6. Maintaining strong relationships with influencers and agencies for long-term collaborations
  7. Monitoring social trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging creators

The requirements are:

  1. 0-1 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing
  2. Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-video content ecosystems
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  4. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
  5. Data-driven mindset with comfort in analyzing campaign performance metrics
  6. Confidence in representing the brand in influencer-driven campaigns or social content

Additional skills that are beneficial include:

  1. Existing network of influencers or agency contacts
  2. Experience with influencer marketing tools/platforms
  3. Creative flair for social-first campaigns and viral content ideas
