Role Overview:

As a Visual Creative, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling visual concepts that align with the brand's aesthetic standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative strategies for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and printing collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging designs.
  • Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and other custom visuals as needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design work in line with established guidelines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to elevate the brand's visual appeal.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience (sports, wellness, or FMCG industry experience is a plus).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects skills are a bonus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different mediums.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
