Job Title: Security Operations Manager

This role is pivotal in developing, implementing and monitoring security policies to ensure compliance and managing risk across the firm.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and play a key role in tracking vulnerabilities, managing security alerts and overseeing learning and duties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and procedures.
  • Design, monitor and enhance learning modules for security awareness.
  • Conduct contract reviews and manage Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes.
  • Track and resolve exploitable vulnerabilities with the support team.
  • Execute phishing tests and monitor firm-wide progress.
  • Handle Infosec software installations, VPN access, generic email IDs and admin rights requests, ensuring proper tracking and documentation.
  • Monitor and send SOC alerts to relevant teams while maintaining records.
  • Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for the IT team.
  • Conduct an ISO 27001 audit including planning, execution and follow-up, preparing an audit report, verification and closure of non-conformities (NC), and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Conduct a gap analysis between existing processes and required compliance standards, then develop action plans to address these gaps.
  • Ensure that IT processes and practices adhere to relevant regulations and standards such as HIPAA and ISO 27001.
  • Collaborate closely with the external audit team in the ISO audit process and ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct systematic periodic risk assessments to reduce risks using a risk management process.
  • Evaluate the processes and security practices of vendors and third-party partners to ensure they meet the company's requirements.
  • Prepare process documents and maintain document repositories.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in Information Security Management within consultancy services.
  • Certifications: ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 31000 internal auditor certification.
  • Technical Expertise: Preferred experience with ServiceNow, Learning Management and Patch Management.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to assess risks and implement solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective collaboration.
  • Organized & Methodical: Attention to detail with a structured approach to security management.
