Procurement Expert

We are seeking an experienced procurement expert to support our purchasing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operation of Coupa P2P modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, as well as experience with application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Coupa P2P modules.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa.
  • Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems.
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
  • Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
  • Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coupa certifications or training.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
