We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our Product & Technology Team at Procore Technologies. As a Senior SDET, you will play a key role in developing and implementing automated testing strategies for our mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of automated testing strategies for mobile applications.
- Design and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Appium, Espresso, and XCTest.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure seamless and efficient testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test plans and strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior SDETs and QA engineers on best practices in mobile automation testing.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile automation testing for Android and iOS platforms.
- Strong proficiency with automation tools such as Appium.
- Solid programming skills in Java, Kotlin, and Swift.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CircleCI.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
