We are looking for a seasoned Paid Media professional to scale our Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Acquisition Strategy: Lead and optimize paid acquisition across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Full-Funnel Strategies: Develop full-funnel strategies from cold awareness to high-intent retargeting and retention
  • Creative Testing: Continuously test creatives, audience segments, hooks, copy, and landing pages
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with design, CRO, email, and analytics teams to drive conversion
  • Performance Tracking: Build reports, track cost per acquisition (CPA), lifetime value (LTV), ROAS, marginal earnings ratio (MER), and act on insights
  • Media Buying Team Management: Manage or build a small media buying team or work independently like a pro
Requirements:
  • D2C Campaign Experience: You have scaled D2C campaigns and understand how to turn clicks into customers profitably
  • Industry Knowledge: You speak fluent ROAS, AOV, CPA, LTV, MER
  • Budget Management: You have worked with budgets ranging from £10K–£500K/month — and made every penny count
  • Campaign Tools: You have run campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads more hours than you'd like to admit
  • Trial-and-Error Mindset: You love testing, tracking, tweaking — and winning
  • Bonus Skills: You have used Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam or similar tools
