Job Summary

Apollo Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting pharmacists with dispensing medications, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the dispensing process.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• Relevant pharmacy retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, pharmacists, and other team members.
• Updated knowledge of commercial drugs and pharmacy practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
