Job Title: Senior AI Engineer – Product

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned AI expert to spearhead the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Science & Engineering:
    • Select and develop suitable AI/ML models based on problem type and business objectives.
    • Split datasets into training/testing sets, ensuring robust evaluation and validation.
    • Design models for transparency, interpretability, and regular updates.
  • Data Management & Quality:
    • Collect, clean, and preprocess large-scale structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
    • Ensure data relevance and accuracy while detecting and removing bias.
  • AI Deployment & Monitoring:
    • Deploy models into real-world environments with emphasis on scalability and reliability.
    • Monitor performance, retrain, and refine models as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Julia.
  • Familiarity with popular deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
