Job Title: Engineering Head for Plant Operations

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Head to oversee the delivery of engineering services and solutions for our plant operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Lead and manage the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring effective resource allocation, task management, and career development.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, expectations, timelines, and report preparation.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in leadership roles in plant engineering services organizations.
  • Strong multidisciplinary knowledge, especially in process, piping, mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
  • Experience in handling multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively engage with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
