Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAFM Planner to support our facility management teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage, update, and maintain CAFM systems for efficient facility operations.
  • Plan, schedule, and track maintenance and facilities tasks using CAFM software.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, timely job allocation, and compliance with reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a CAFM Planner and hold a Graduate degree in BE/B.Tech. The selection process may involve aptitude tests, group discussions, technical evaluations, and face-to-face interviews.

This is a non-remote position with immediate openings for one CAFM Planner.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CAFM records.
  • Ensure timely completion of scheduled tasks and maintenance activities.
  • Support the team in achieving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of CAFM systems and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
