">We are currently seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our team. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing project plans tailored to the client environment and scope.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mentoring clients, working on projects independently, participating as a team member, or leading teams of less experienced consultants and/or clients to successful project delivery.
- Working across multiple industries and within various verticals, building client knowledge and credibility quickly (projects vary in length, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to several months).
- Designing and conducting readiness assessments, evaluating results, and presenting findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
- Executing plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
- Proactively managing risk and influencing others.
- Developing a change leadership strategy based on situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted.
- Identifying potential risks and issues and anticipating points of resistance, developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
