Strategic Paid Media Leader

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to spearhead our paid media initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in driving impactful campaigns and exhibit exceptional analytical skills, with hands-on expertise in Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across channels like Google Ads and Meta.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on key metrics such as return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and cost per lead (CPL).
  • Design and implement A/B tests to refine creatives, messaging, and audience targeting.
  • Align campaign strategy with business objectives through collaborative efforts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance-driven marketing.
  • A proven track record in scaling high-impact paid campaigns.
  • A strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Clear communication skills with strong reporting abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads and Meta. Monitor and optimize key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CPL. Design and implement A/B tests to refine creative assets, messaging, and audience targeting. Align campaign strategy with business objectives through collaborative efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in performance-driven marketing. Proven track record in scaling high-impact paid campaigns. Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager. Clear communication skills with strong reporting abilities.
