System Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled System Developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for the development of new washing system solutions for India and global applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing new wash system solutions for washing machines and dryers.
  • Applying analytical tools to develop unique selling points (USPs) and algorithms for home appliances.
  • Identifying and resolving potential risks through design for manufacturing and engineering (DFMEA).
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system-level issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in product/technology development and testing, particularly in the home appliances domain. They should also have knowledge of global energy and performance standards, as well as strong theoretical knowledge of fluid dynamics and detergent chemistry.

Required skills include:

  • Experience with product/technology development and testing in home appliances.
  • Knowledge of global energy and performance standards.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of fluid dynamics and detergent chemistry.
  • Good communication and project management skills.

Desired skills include:

  • Knowledge of system programming languages, preferably Python.
  • In-depth knowledge of interfacing sensors, both analog and digital.
  • Experience with design/CAD software and refrigeration/air condition cycles.
  • Exposure and experience with Six-Sigma methodologies.
  • Working experience with global teams.
  • Korean language proficiency is an added advantage.

Preferred qualifications include 5-8 years of experience in the field.
