Performance Tester

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to assess and ensure the scalability, responsiveness, and stability of our applications under varying load conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance test strategies and scripts to evaluate application performance.
  • Conduct thorough testing including load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability evaluations.
  • Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve application performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance test reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Automate performance test scenarios where applicable using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in performance testing with a strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and application architecture.
  • Proficient in scripting languages and familiar with CI/CD tools and integrating performance tests in pipelines.
