Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A solid foundation in vulnerability assessment and patch management tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, SCCM, Microsoft Intune Admin Center).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Azure, Entra, and Intune.
  • Passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, elevating customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to provide and receive constructive feedback.
  • A keen interest in learning about new technologies and systems, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends.
