Creative Lead

We are seeking a creative professional to lead our graphic design team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in digital, offline, and motion design, with the ability to deliver high-quality visual assets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop innovative digital solutions including banners, social media creatives, emailers, and presentations.
- Design compelling offline materials such as brochures, print ads, posters, and other marketing collateral.
- Create engaging motion graphics for brand storytelling, campaign videos, and digital communication.
- Perform basic video editing to support promotional and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and new formats.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a graphic designer or senior graphic designer.
- Proven expertise in designing both digital and offline assets.
- Strong skills in motion graphics and basic video editing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and other relevant software.
- Strong visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
