Expert Wealth Manager Sought

We are searching for experienced professionals to join our team as expert wealth managers. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in managing high-net-worth individuals and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized financial solutions.
  • Understand client financial goals and risk appetite to recommend suitable investment products.
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling mutual funds, bonds, PMS, AIFs, and other structured financial products.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide periodic updates and rebalancing suggestions.
  • Ensure high standards of compliance, due diligence, and risk management in all client transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to stay updated on the latest investment opportunities.
  • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets consistently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of wealth management products including mutual funds, PMS, bonds, AIFs, insurance, etc.
  • Excellent client servicing, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, economic trends, and portfolio structuring.
  • Ability to identify client needs and offer customized financial advice.
  • Result-oriented with a proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance norms in the wealth management space.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
  • NISM certifications (Mutual Fund, Equity Derivatives, etc.) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management handling high-net-worth clients.
