About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to join our team as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analytics. As a key member of our Finance Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will be responsible for leading a global team of approximately 200 professionals, driving the financial planning, reporting, and analytics functions within Finance GBS.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a scalable FP&A team that supports the growth of the business, including acquisitions, product verticals, and global business units.
- Enhance finance controllership and business partnership roles across global business affiliates.
- Manage overall operational performance (people and process) of Corporate Financial Planning, Product Supply (production accounting), Finance/Business Partnering Support across regions.
- Drive finance GBS and global finance strategies.
- Manage, coach, and develop a group of corporate finance professionals, promoting a culture of high engagement, high performance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience within finance offshoring centers.
- 12+ years of experience as an FP&A leader in an offshoring center.
- Thorough knowledge of financial accounting processes.
- Deep understanding of internal control environments and Sarbox guidelines.
- Experience working in an international company.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Ability to operate at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, with strong skills in service culture, delivery, process standardization, and optimization.
- Proven people and performance management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and change management abilities.
