Visionary Leader for Sports Sciences and Management Faculty

Job Opportunity:
We seek a forward-thinking academic leader to helm our Sports Sciences and Management Faculty.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic vision, academic excellence, and operational management for all programs under sports sciences, sports management, human performance, applied neuroscience, sports technology, and related disciplines.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve Academic Excellence: Offer strategic direction and academic leadership for the Faculty in alignment with the University's vision and global best practices. Ensure high-quality teaching, curriculum development, and accreditation compliance across all programs (undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral).
- Promote Innovation: Drive innovation in pedagogy, integrating sports technology, analytics, and applied neuroscience into sports sciences and management curricula. Champion interdisciplinary research in sports science, psychology, technology, and management.
- Cultivate Industry Partnerships: Develop strong collaborations with sports federations, professional clubs, sports medicine organizations, fitness and wellness industries, and government bodies. Position the Faculty as a thought leader in sports policy, management, and innovation globally.
Requirements:
- Essential Qualifications: PhD in Sports Sciences, Sports Management, Human Performance, or related discipline. Minimum 10–15 years of academic and leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior administrative role (Dean/Associate Dean/Director). Strong record of peer-reviewed publications, research grants, and recognized contributions to sports sciences and management.
- Demonstrated Global Impact: Proven ability to lead large academic units with strategic vision and operational effectiveness. Demonstrated global exposure and networks in academia, sports organizations, and industry.
