Bharat Aluminum Company Limited has made significant contributions as the first PSU in India's aluminum sector, established in 1965. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a strategic communication expert to develop and execute long-term communication strategies aligned with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will identify key communication opportunities and optimize messaging for impact and relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and international media outlets.
  2. Ensure consistent and accurate media coverage of our achievements, projects, and corporate activities.

Crisis Communication:

  • The successful candidate will develop crisis communication plans to mitigate risks to our reputation.
  • They will ensure preparedness for handling crises effectively with clear, concise, and rapid communication responses.

Internal Communication:

  • This role oversees internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization.
  • Foster employee engagement by ensuring transparent and consistent messaging.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Communication:

  • Manage communication strategies around CSR initiatives to highlight our contributions to society.
  • Promote sustainability and social responsibility activities to enhance our corporate reputation.

Content Development & Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, reports, and digital platforms.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to communication standards.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or media relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
