Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Projects Consultant to spearhead growth and drive success for our Projects vertical.

This role combines design expertise, client advisory, and business development. The consultant will act as a trusted partner for clients, landlords, and corporates by guiding them through the journey of conceptualizing, budgeting, and executing interior projects while ensuring seamless delivery with our design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary advisor to clients on their workspace or interior needs, providing tailored solutions and expert guidance.
  • Cultivate and close new business opportunities in office, workspaces, and other commercial interiors.
  • Expand interiors services to existing real estate and coworking clients through strategic partnerships and targeted sales efforts.
  • Develop long-term relationships with landlords, brokers, and corporate clients, driving repeat business and referrals.
  • Presentation packages and proposals that align with client budgets and timelines, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Design Knowledge & Pre-Sales Support:

  • Translate client requirements into actionable design briefs, leveraging expertise in interior design and architecture.
  • Confidently discuss layouts, materials, finishes, and space optimization ideas, providing valuable insights and creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the in-house team to prepare concept boards, BOQs, and cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Position our 'Economy, Premium, Luxury' packages effectively in client conversations, highlighting value and benefits.

Coordination & Delivery Oversight:

  • Handover projects to the in-house Project Manager and Design Team for execution, ensuring smooth handovers and timely completion.
  • Provide clear communication between clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration and transparency.
  • Support post-handover client satisfaction and repeat business generation, driving customer loyalty and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field, combined with industry experience and expertise.
  • 4–7 years in interior projects, client advisory, or design-build sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of interiors, materials, and fit-out processes, with the ability to interpret and explain design/BOQs to clients.
  • A problem-solving, client-first mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
