About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans that align with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive synergies and minimize disruptions across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, and Sales departments.

  • Conduct regular status meetings and communicate updates to executive leadership while maintaining transparency in progress tracking.

  • Streamline processes and systems across organizations to ensure seamless integration.
  • Monitor and track synergy realization and performance metrics post-integration.
  • Support organizational change management initiatives and facilitate cultural alignment.
  • Ensure due diligence and successful Day 1 planning and execution.
  • Address regulatory and compliance considerations throughout the integration process.
  • Apply expertise in full lifecycle delivery of complex systems including requirements, design, build, test, and deployment/delivery.

  • Proven program/project management skills in complex, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is beneficial.
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience with 3-5 years specifically in M&A or post-merger integration.
  • Experience in managing global integrations or collaborating with international teams.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks such as PROSCI or ADKAR is advantageous.
