We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data science department, you will play a crucial role in developing analyses and experiments that drive core product metrics.
In this position, you will design and run A/B tests and quasi-experiments, convert results into timely product decisions, create source-of-truth dashboards, instrument events with engineers, and prototype quick models to improve matching and scoring.
You will also evaluate LLM-powered agents, design rubrics, human-in-the-loop studies, and guardrail canaries.
What We Are Looking For- Strong fundamentals in statistics, SQL, and Python programming language.
- Proudly showcaseable projects.
- Fast iteration: frame the question, test, and ship within days.
- Clear communication skills, prioritizing clarity over p-values.
- Curious about LLM evaluation, retrieval, and ranking (a bonus).
- 0-2 years in data science/analytics or similar fields.
- Comfort with experiment design and causal thinking.
- Able to communicate effectively with engineers, PMs, and leadership.
