About the Role

This position drives the development and delivery of customer-centric digital products aligned with business strategy. The ideal candidate will define product roadmaps, own product lifecycle outcomes, and translate complex data and user insights into actionable product strategies.

The role requires deep analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines. You will play a key role in aligning stakeholders, developing product requirements, and managing performance across the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the creation of financial analyses and justification for product investments.
  • Use data-driven insights and customer feedback to shape and validate product direction.
  • Define and communicate product requirements, ensuring technical and operational feasibility.
  • Ensure continuous delivery of value through agile methodologies and iterative development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, operations, design, and commercial units.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a consistent track record of launching and managing successful products.
