Job Title: SAP Transport Management ConsultantJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transport Management Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with configuration work in SAP Embedded/ Side by side Transportation Management modules of SAP S4HANA.

  • Assist with configuration work in SAP Embedded/ Side by side Transportation Management modules of SAP S4HANA.
  • Work collaboratively with the team lead and other functional consultants in designing integration processes with other modules and end-to-end flow of logistic execution.
  • Analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project deliverables.
  • Develop and coach junior members in the team.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for completing client deliverables as per project timelines.
  • Write functional specifications for complex customizations.
  • End-to-end impact assessment and flawless solution design.
  • Well-versed with Activate project implementation methodology.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years' experience as a functional consultant in SAP and 3 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA TM Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling modules, including configuration and customization.
  • At least 1 full SAP S/4 HANA project lifecycle implementation experience.
  • Certification in any one area of SAP S/4HANA TM module.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills:
  • Designing solutions for 3PL, 4PL and freight collaboration.
  • Experience in freight visibility applications.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
