Job Title:

Data Analyst

Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to conduct in-depth analysis and interpretation of sales data.

  • Analyze historical performance, trends, and market insights to identify opportunities and challenges.

This includes working closely with the management and business strategy team to develop models, analyze information, prepare summaries, and communicate key findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead strategic partnerships and other initiatives for growth, working closely with the sales team to develop strategies based on data-driven insights.
  2. Create meaningful reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize and communicate sales performance metrics.
  3. Work with the sales team to develop sales targets and monitor funnel performance weekly.
  4. Monitor potential opportunities with business teams and track performance of business teams product-wise.
  5. Ensure effective utilization of CRM systems for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  6. Provide access to CRM tools for business teams and offer solutions for any issues they may face.
  7. Provide sales data to sales representatives, generate reports, and support them as needed.
  8. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a sales or marketing context.
  • Proficiency in data crunching & analysis (Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.
