About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead our political consulting organization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative electioneering campaigns, facilitating capacity building of grassroots cadre, and shaping governance.

Our work involves leveraging on-ground activities, data analytics, research, and new-age media as force multipliers for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's messages and actions.

You will comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals, and experts from other varied sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute compelling communication strategies and narratives for political, policy, and election campaigns.
  • Oversee digital advertising strategy and execution with the relevant team, using analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Build and lead a team of creators to produce high-volume engaging and platform-native content.
  • Drive subscriber growth and viewership by optimizing videos for the YouTube algorithm.
  • Analyze performance metrics and inform future content based on audience retention, traffic sources, and demographics.
  • Stay ahead of YouTube trends and experiment with new formats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of Indian politics, history, socio-economic issues, and current affairs.
  • 8-10 years of experience in communications, video production, or channel management.
  • Expertise in YouTube, including the algorithm, content strategy, and SEO.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling political narratives for video.
  • Project management skills, including managing creative teams and project timelines.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and exceptional communication skills.
