Job Role

We're seeking a seasoned Backend Developer to create scalable applications for our international customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance backend systems using Python/MySQL on AWS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize existing software applications for reliability and performance.
  • Write clean, modular code adhering to best practices.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex programming bugs and bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development, particularly with web and mobile applications.
  • Strong expertise in Python and MySQL, with proven experience building scalable applications.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and API design.
