Job Summary:

The content developer will create original and impactful content for various channels including social media, digital campaigns, websites, branding, and ad copy. They will work closely with designers, strategists, and account managers to ensure content aligns with creative objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear and compelling copy for digital campaigns, social media, ads, websites, and branding projects.
  • Brainstorm innovative concepts with the team and help bring ideas to life.
  • Adapt tone and language to suit different brands, platforms, and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with designers and visualizers to ensure content and visuals work seamlessly together.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, guidelines, and marketing goals.
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to support content development.
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a content developer in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work – social media campaigns, website content, brand taglines, emailers, etc.
  • Excellent command over English – both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of brand tonality, digital content formats, and user engagement strategies.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to turn briefs into bold, fresh ideas.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and openness to feedback.
