Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned compliance professional to fill the role of Urgent Specialist-Gre Accounting.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Urgent Specialist-Gre Accounting. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive KYC checks for banks and financial institutions, reviewing and analyzing corporate documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough background checks and risk assessments on entities to ensure accurate identification and verification.
  • Analyze and review corporate documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage records of entity information and KYC activities to ensure seamless banking processes.
  • Identify potential risks or red flags and escalate them to the Treasury team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth banking and ongoing monitoring processes.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of corporate bank accounts, ensuring all due diligence and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Prepare and review structure charts for corporate clients to understand ownership and control.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a KYC or AML role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC and AML regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using KYC software and tools.
  • Knowledge of corporate laws and banking regulations in the EMEA region.
