Job Description:

As a Compensation & Benefits professional, you will be responsible for managing various compensation-related activities, including increment and variable pay-outs, performance management system processes, market benchmarking, total reward concepts, and employee benefits.

Main Responsibilities:

  • 1. Annual Increment & Variable Pay-out:
    • Execute annual increments and variable pay-outs with precision.
    • Analyse and optimise increment and variable pay-out processes.
    • Presentation of key metrics to top management.
    • Automation of increment and variable pay-out processes.
  • 2. Performance Management System (PMS) Processes:
    • Design and implement a fair and transparent appraisal process.
    • Analyse and improve PMS processes.
    • Run performance appraisal cycles as scheduled.
    • Create communication and guidelines for employees and managers.
    • Benchmark PMS against industry best practices.
  • 3. Market Benchmark / Role Benchmarking / Salary Ranges / Prepare Employee Compensation Ratios:
    • Participate in annual market benchmarking exercises.
    • Ensure employees are paid fairly based on their roles.
    • Establish compensation ranges as per market benchmark.
    • Prepare dashboards to assess employee compensation.
  • 4. Total Reward Concept, Long-term, Short-term Incentive, Salary Structure & Employee Benefits:
    • Develop a total reward document.
    • Administer ESOP grants/exercises.
    • Design short-term/sales incentives.
    • Propose tax-friendly salary structures.
    • Manage employee benefits.
  • 5. MIS, Analysis, Projects & Audit:
    • Prepare monthly/quarterly dashboards.
    • Evaluate organisational structure.
    • Comply with statutory compensation obligations.
    • Provide payroll inputs.
    • Audit compensation data.

Educational Qualifications: MBA (Mandatory)

Requirements:

  • Compensation & Benefits expertise.
  • Knowledge of ESOP, incentives, total reward concept.
  • HRIS experience.
