Production Coordination Lead

This role encompasses overseeing the shoot process under the guidance and direction of the Head of Department. It involves managing and ensuring smooth studio and offsite operations, directing videographers on multi-camera setups, lighting, set design, and actor preparation.

The Production Coordination Lead will oversee studio maintenance, equipment responsibility, manage footage effectively and ensure all aspects of the shoot are under control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Production Planning:
    • Coordinate pre-production logistics
    • Organize and manage all pre-production tasks, including content sorting and preparation
  • Studio Operations Management:
    • Oversight and organization of studio operations, including lighting, set design, and actor preparation under the guidance of the HOD
    • Manage multi-camera filming ensuring high-quality footage and smooth transitions
    • Guide cameramen during shoots to ensure sound, lighting, and focus are properly controlled according to the direction of the HOD
    • Handle studio maintenance and equipment responsibility, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition and ready for use
    • Ensure all aspects and requests for the shoot are under control, adhering to the direction of the Head of Department
  • Content Management:
    • Ensure proper storage and handling of recorded content

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in production coordination and management
  • Familiarity with multi-camera setups and production equipment
  • Strong organizational skills for managing pre-production and studio operations
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic production environment
  • Understanding of lighting, set design, cameras
  • Knowledge of studio maintenance, equipment management, and post-production processes
