Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Portfolio Management Leader to join our team.

This role involves leading the development and implementation of strategic portfolios that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting budget requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and deployment. Additionally, you will lead simplification initiatives and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Your expertise in architecting complex dashboards using Power BI and other tools will be invaluable in this role. You will also collaborate with global teams to gather requirements, visualize data insights, and drive data-informed decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 18+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of project management relevant experience in Medical Device
  • Hands-on experience in architecting complex dashboards using Power BI/Other tools
  • Certifications: PMP/equivalent, CSM, SAFe/RTE or handling ART Experience
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification (desired)
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and ProChain scheduling methodologies
  • Well-versed in Med tech product/Software/R&D, product development, and clinical/regulatory process (e.g., IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485)
