Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing complex data initiatives using agile methodologies
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to the team

  • Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in software development and data engineering
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modeling
  • Experience with data pipelines, data consumption, data analysis, and documentation
  • Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD, CI, and infrastructure automation
  • Proven people leadership and mentoring experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
