From trendy succulents and air-purifying houseplants to elegant pots and functional gardening tools, we offer everything our customers need to create their own urban jungle oasis.

Job Responsibilities:

1. The ideal candidate will manage multiple assignments to meet project deadlines effectively.

2. Strong research skills, including market intelligence and data analytics platforms, are necessary for this role.

3. Define the product vision, objectives, value propositions, and roadmap based on customer needs and industry insights.

4. Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and data to inform strategic product decisions.

5. Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure timely production and delivery of products.

6. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and sourcing teams for timely delivery of product features.

7. Define problem space and determine product requirements and value propositions.

8. Manage SKUs, including creation, maintenance, and optimization, to ensure accurate product listings and inventory management.

9. Analyze product performance metrics, such as sales data, customer feedback, and market share, to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
