Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Engineer to lead our mobile app development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Flutter and expertise in architecting and implementing mobile app frontends, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
Flutter Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile app frontends using Flutter, with a focus on building reusable UI components and widgets, implementing responsive and adaptive layouts, ensuring smooth animations and transitions, and optimizing performance and reducing lag.
UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation of designs, consistent branding and styling, intuitive navigation and interaction.
State Management: Implement robust state management solutions using Flutter's built-in state management features or third-party libraries like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
API Integration: Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data exchange between the frontend and backend.
Code Quality: Establish and maintain high coding standards, ensuring clean, modular, and well-documented code.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development, proposing innovative solutions to improve our products.

Requirements:
Expertise in Flutter, Dart, and mobile app development, 8-15 years of experience in mobile app development, knowledge of state management, navigation, and animation in Flutter, familiarity with frontend development principles including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, proven experience in leading and mentoring teams of engineers, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:
Experience with other mobile app development frameworks (e.g., React Native, native iOS/Android), knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, familiarity with agile development methodologies, experience with frontend build tools like Webpack or Rollup, and knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices.
